About Company

Our client was established in 1997. A wholly owned subsidiary of a major chemical company in Japan. They produce Super-Pure Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide for the semiconductor industry.

Job Description

- Coordinate daily sales activities including give guidance and assign tasks
- Assist/involve to make constructive improvements to overall work scope related to training, processes, cost, inventory, data monitoring, manpower, or any other items
- Act as a point of contact between customers and the company
- Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and close sales with customers
- Respond to customer queries.
- Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations.
- Investigate and liaise with potential customers.
- Create proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure.
- Coordinate, arrange, and attend face-to-face meeting with customer where necessary.
- Coordinate with parties, such as QA, Logistics, and external distributors, for sales/delivery arrangements, etc. for sales related matters.
- Track and report sales status. Forecast through using trend charts, analyze forecasts received from customers. Gather market and customer information.
- Analyze profitability and propose price adjustment strategy
- Conduct investigation and generate the corrective action request report as and when necessary.
- Prepare annual budget using the best estimate at the time and in a timely manner
- Ensure all necessary documents are prepared appropriately and in place for each transaction.
- Verify and process PO from customers.
- Organize and prepare material for internal use/meetings.
- Strictly adhere to EHS and QMS procedures in all aspects of the activities.
- Assist Procurement Section's work when required.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

- Possesses at least a Diploma/Degree qualification
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience in sales and/or administrative field for sales/senior position. Preferably minimum 3 years working experience for manager position.
- Organized, ability to handle multitask
- Good attitude to work as a team
- Experience in using MS office, especially Excel from basics to create/analyze chart
- Will to travel in domestic/overseas for business purpose
